Straight answers.
The questions leaders ask before they start, answered the way we would answer them on a call.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the result you want, and we agree it privately after the first conversation. There is no retainer and no published price.
Do I need to be technical?
No. That is rather the point. We handle the technical side, and everything the system shows you is in plain English.
What happens when the work ends?
It keeps running. You own the system, the automations and the record of your standards, and nothing about it depends on us being there.
Who sees my data?
Only you. We build it inside your own accounts, and we never publish, share or train anything on your work.
Does anyone in my company need to know?
No. The work happens on your own decisions, with you, and nobody else in the business has to be told you started. Where the work needs your team, you decide when and how they come in.
How is this different from hiring a consultant?
A consultant does good work and then the project closes. We build the system inside your accounts, so what it learns about your work is still there next year.
Can I not just use ChatGPT?
You can, and you should. Those tools are excellent. They just start from nothing every morning. The brain is the part that remembers your standards, so the tools you already pay for start from you.
How much of my team's time does this take?
Very little of it. We need your decisions, the context you trust and a few introductions. There is no homework and no all-team rollout to sit through.
What do we keep at the end?
The system, the automations and the record of your standards. All of it is yours, and it keeps working after we finish.
Do I get a document or something that works?
Something that works, plus the evidence behind it. You can see every source we used and check the reasoning yourself.
How soon do I see something working?
In the first week. We take on one result rather than a whole transformation, so the first working piece goes live early and it improves each week after that.
How do I start?
Start here, at the top or bottom of any page. You give us four details, your name, your work email and the part of the business you work in. We read your company from the email, so there is nothing to look up, and a plan built for your business lands in your inbox.
Is this a fit for my business?
It suits a leader who owns the decision and wants one real result, proved on real work. If that is not you yet, the weekly read is a good place to begin.
Will you email me forever?
Two emails, ever. Your results, and one follow-up two weeks later. Nothing else, and no drip sequence. If you ask us to email your brief we send a six-digit code first, so we know the address is yours.
What actually happens in the work?
Week one we learn how you decide, from real work rather than a questionnaire. Week two the first piece goes live and you use it. After that we connect it to the tools your week already runs on and tighten it against what you actually did with it. You see something working from the first week, not a plan at the end.
What is included?
The working system inside your own accounts, the automations around it, the written record of your standards, and the evidence behind every recommendation. You also get the reasoning, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
Why do I need this? Could I not do it myself?
You could, and some people should. What usually stops it is not capability, it is that the work never reaches the top of anyone's week. We bring the time, the tooling and the pattern from having done it before, and we leave you owning it rather than depending on us.
How do you charge?
On the result, agreed before we start, and not on hours or a monthly retainer. We say what the work will produce, you agree the number privately, and it does not move afterwards. There is nothing to cancel at the end because there is nothing running.
What if it does not work?
You would know inside the first week rather than at the end, because something real is running by then. If it is clearly not going to be worth it we say so and stop, and you keep whatever has been built up to that point.
We tried AI and it got things wrong. Why would this be different?
It will get things wrong, and so will the next one. What matters is what happens then. Writing, the loom, the calculator and satnav all drew the same objection when they first slipped, and the objection was rarely about accuracy. A system built inside your own accounts, that shows its sources and says when it cannot know, is one you can check rather than one you have to trust.
Do we need to be a certain size?
No. What matters is that one person can decide, and that there is real work to point it at. It has been useful to a solo practice and to a publisher with a few hundred people, for the same reason both times.
